A custom five-panel snapback with your wording embroidered on the front. Pick a hat color, type your text, choose the lettering style, thread color and font, and we stitch it to order.

- OTTO 31-069 structured, mid-profile five-panel snapback
- 65% polyester / 35% cotton twill with a seamless buckram front panel and sewn eyelets
- Pre-curved visor with six rows of stitching, matching undervisor and sweatband
- Plastic adjustable snap closure, one size fits most
- 30 color combinations: two-tone, solid and camo
- Front embroidery area about 6.3″ wide × 2.5″ tall
- Care: spot clean with a damp cloth and air dry. Don't machine wash or iron over the embroidery.
How to order
- Choose your hat color, then your quantity.
- Your text: enter the main wording exactly as it should be stitched. We copy your capitals.
- Small text underneath: an optional second line, such as EST. 2019.
- Pick a text style (straight, arch or upside-down arch), a thread color and a font using the charts in the photos.
- Using a logo? Type LOGO as your text and describe it in Notes. We'll email you for the artwork file before making your mockup.
- Check spelling, dates and numbers before ordering. We email a mockup for your approval, and what you approve is what we stitch.

Returns
Custom-embroidered items are final sale. If there's a defect or other issue with your order, email shop@payrespectsmerch.com so we can help.

Shipping & returns
Processing: 3–5 business days. Personalized orders enter production after mockup approval. Shipping time is additional.
Shipping. Free standard shipping on US orders (USPS Ground Advantage, typically 5–8 business days in transit after it ships). International rates are shown at checkout; import duties and taxes are paid on delivery.
Made to order. Personalized items start once you approve your mockup. You get a tracking number by email when your order ships.
Returns. Custom items are final sale. If something is defective, doesn't match your approved mockup, or is the wrong size or item, email shop@payrespectsmerch.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll remake or refund it.
