Type it exactly as you want it stitched, or send it after checkout.

Approve your mockup
We email a digital mockup, usually within 1–2 business days. Nothing is stitched until you reply "Approved".

Free standard US shipping. You get a tracking number by email when it ships.

Questions
What should I send for a quote?
The product and total quantity, garment or hat colors and apparel sizes, your wording or artwork, and the date you need the order in hand. We confirm price and timing; a quote request doesn't place an order.
Can different hats have different names or designs?
Packs share one front design. Different designs per hat, logos, 3D puff and extra locations are quoted.
Can I see it before you make it?
Yes. Every personalized order gets a digital mockup of your text, thread colors and placement. Production starts only after you reply "Approved", and there is no limit on reasonable revisions.
Do I need my design ready to order?
No. Leave the text box empty and send your design after checkout. We email the mockup before we stitch.
Can I return a custom item?
Custom items are final sale. If something is defective, doesn't match your approved mockup, or is the wrong size or item, email shop@payrespectsmerch.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll remake or refund it.
How does shipping work?
Standard shipping is free on US orders (USPS Ground Advantage, typically 5–8 business days in transit after it ships). International rates are shown at checkout.
