PAYRESPECTS LLC ("we," "us," "our") operates payrespectsmerch.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit or buy from us, and how it's used.

Information we collect

  • Order information: name, email, shipping address, billing address, phone number, and payment details (processed securely by Shopify Payments — we do not store your card number).
  • Personalization details: any text, names, thread colors, or design instructions you provide for a custom order. This is used only to produce your order.
  • Device and browsing information: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and how you found the site, collected automatically when you browse the store.

How we use your information

  • To fulfill and ship your order, and to contact you about it.
  • To respond to customer service requests and bulk/wholesale inquiries.
  • To improve the store and, if you've opted in, to send you marketing emails about new designs or offers.
  • For advertising measurement (see below).

Advertising and tracking disclosure

We use the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) pixel and Conversions API and the TikTok pixel to measure how people find and use this store, and to show relevant ads on those platforms. These tools may share limited information about your visit and purchases (such as page views, add-to-cart events, and purchase totals) with Meta and TikTok. You can control ad personalization through your Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok account settings, or by using your browser's privacy controls.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the business: Shopify (platform/payments), our shipping carriers, and the advertising platforms named above. We share order data with our embroidery and printing production partners only to the extent needed to produce your order (e.g., your design and shipping name).

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email we send. To request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or to ask us to delete it, email shop@payrespectsmerch.com.
