What’s free puff?
3D foam embroidery adds dimension to your text. Standard on all custom hats at no extra cost — you choose if you want it flat, standard puff, or heavy puff.
Character limit?
Depends on the font, but generally up to ~14 characters across the front panel. Longer text goes on the back or side.
Can I add a logo?
Yes — upload after checkout. We’ll digitize and include the logo in your mockup.
