Custom orders are made to order. You get a digital proof within 1–2 business days. Once you approve it, most orders ship within 7–10 business days, then allow 5–8 business days in transit with USPS. Ready-made items ship within 2–3 business days. Have a deadline? Tell us in the order notes or email before you order and we will confirm whether we can hit it.

Yes. Every custom order gets a digital mockup showing your text or logo, colors, size and placement. We do not start production until you reply "Approved". Revisions before approval are free. Full details are on the proof & approval FAQ.

Standard shipping on every US order is free (USPS Ground Advantage). International rates are shown at checkout; any import duties or taxes are paid on delivery. You get a tracking number by email the moment your order ships.

Custom and personalized items are final sale because they are made just for you. If something arrives defective, does not match your approved proof, or is the wrong size or item, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will remake it or refund you. Ready-made items can be returned unworn within 14 days. See the refund policy.

Ordering 12 or more pieces? Send us the item, quantity, colors, size breakdown, design and the date you need it in hand. Mixed sizes and colors are fine. We confirm pricing, send one proof for the whole group, and ship everything together. On custom mocknecks, 12+ pieces also unlocks embroidery and appliqué patch decoration. Hats are embroidered in flat or 3D puff stitching. Single custom mocknecks are printed on the front; group orders of 12+ can choose embroidery or appliqué patch instead. Thread and print colors are matched to your artwork, and we show them on your proof.

Yes. Upload a PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, EPS or SVG on the product page, or email it to us. Vector files give the cleanest result, but we can work from most images. Please check AI-generated or hand-drawn artwork for spelling and detail before you send it; we clean up artwork for stitching, and larger redraws are quoted separately with your approval.

Yes. Retailers can order through Faire, or email us for custom wholesale runs and private label.

We are in Newport Beach, California and ship from Orange County. We are an online studio without a walk-in storefront, but local pickup can be arranged for group orders. Just ask.
