Who we are

PAYRESPECTS LLC ("PAYRESPECTS," "we," "us") sells embroidered hats, mocknecks, and related apparel through payrespectsmerch.com, made to order in Newport Beach, CA.

Orders and payment

By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable shipping and tax. Custom orders may require you to approve a design proof before production begins — production does not start until you've approved that proof (where a proof is provided). We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inability to source materials.

Custom orders and personalization

If you submit text, names, logos, or artwork for a custom order, you confirm you have the right to use it and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's trademark, copyright, or other rights. We reserve the right to decline artwork that appears to infringe a third party's rights or that we otherwise choose not to produce.

Pricing and availability

Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice; the price at the time you place your order is the price you pay. Blank garment styles and colors are subject to availability from our suppliers — if a color or style you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you with a substitute option or a refund for that item before proceeding.

Shipping

See our Shipping Policy for current turnaround and shipping details. Ship dates for custom orders depend on proof approval — the clock starts when you approve your proof, not when you place the order.

Intellectual property

All PAYRESPECTS branding, product photography, and site content is owned by PAYRESPECTS LLC unless otherwise noted. Custom designs remain the property of whoever supplied the original artwork; our production files (digitized embroidery files, print-ready separations) are our own work product.

Limitation of liability

PAYRESPECTS LLC's liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from a delayed, defective, or incorrect order, beyond the remedies described in our Refund & Return Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted on this page is the current one.
