Ordering & Care
Each item is made-to-order. After purchase, message us with your customization details (text, color, font, logo). Machine wash cold inside out; tumble dry low to preserve embroidery and print quality.

Processing: 3–5 business days. Personalized orders enter production after mockup approval. Shipping time is additional.
Shipping. Free standard shipping on US orders (USPS Ground Advantage, typically 5–8 business days in transit after it ships). International rates are shown at checkout; import duties and taxes are paid on delivery.
Made to order. Personalized items start once you approve your mockup. You get a tracking number by email when your order ships.
Returns. Custom items are final sale. If something is defective, doesn't match your approved mockup, or is the wrong size or item, email shop@payrespectsmerch.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll remake or refund it.
