Made to order. Personalized items start once you approve your mockup. You get a tracking number by email when your order ships.
Returns. Custom items are final sale. If something is defective, doesn't match your approved mockup, or is the wrong size or item, email shop@payrespectsmerch.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll remake or refund it. Unworn stock items can be returned within 14 days.

For personalized items we email a digital mockup of your text, thread colors and placement, usually within 1–2 business days. Nothing is stitched until you reply "Approved". Reply within 3 business days to keep your order moving.
